Windows 95/98 - Creating a Connection
- On your Windows desktop, double click on the My Computer icon.
- When the My Computer window opens, double click on the Dial-Up Networking icon.

- The Dial-Up Networking window opens. Double click on the Make New Connection icon.

- The Make New Connection window opens.
- Enter US Netizen in the Type a name for the computer you are dialing entry box.
- Click on the down arrow to select the modem you are using for your connection.

- Click on the Next > button to continue.
- In the Telephone number entry box, enter your US Netizen dial-up number.
- In the Country Code item, click on the down arrow and select United States of America(1) from the list.
- Click on the Next > button to continue.

- Click on the Finish button to continue.
- You will be brought back to the Dial-Up Networking window, there should be one additional icon named US Netizen in the folder.
