What is my user name?
  • login@usnetizen.com for the $10.95 dialup service

  • login@megaboost.net for MegaBoost accelerator
  • login@usnetizen.com for e-mail
I'm getting error 691 when I dial up.

If your login has previously worked and now you are getting Error 691, your account has expired. This is usually a result of an expired or declined credit card. See these instructions to log in and make a payment.

Error 691 can also mean a username mismatch. You need to enter the full username login@usnetizen.com or login@usnetizen.net.

Try a diferent access number.

If you signed up for an account and didn't enter a credit card number (PayPal or check), your account will be created by hand and isn't available instantly. This may take several hours or a day to complete. We will send you a confirmation when it has been created.

Webmail tells me the the @ symbol is not acceptable. At the webmail screen, the @usnetizen.com is already typed in for you. You just need to enter the login without the @usnetizen.com
I can't get Outlook Express to log in. You need to log into webmail at least once to activate the account, then enable POP3 from within webmail.
