  4. Fill in the signup form with your contact information.
  • Instant activation is available for the $10.95 and $6.95 US Netizen Dialup plans when you pay with a credit card. Following signup, your dialup service will be ready to use.
  • MegaBoost and dialup plans paid by PayPal created manually and are usually ready to use within 12 to 24 hours.
  • Your email account will be set up manually. This is usually done within a day, but can take longer on weekends.
  • Invoices will be mailed to the e-mail address you gave as "Current Email Address" during signup.
